Ceramic Allosaurus (one of a set) made by paleontologist James A. (“Dinosaur Jim”) Jensen (1960s?). When I visited the Field House museum in Vernal. Utah, during the mid-1980s, the molds for all of the figures were carefully maintained in the collectiions. Maybe someday someone will get those molds out of storage and reissue these figures. One can hope, anyway.
Below. souvenir post cards showing outside and inside the Field House, where “Dinosaur Jim’s” molds have been stored for posterity.
